Submitting a Copyright Takedown Request

• Identification of Copyrighted Work: A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, along with proof of ownership.
• Target Location: Specific URL(s) on our website where the alleged infringing material is located.
• Contact Details: Your full name, company name, phone number, and official corporate email address.
• Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• Accuracy Statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Takedown Response Time

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice containing all required elements, our legal compliance team will inspect and remove or disable access to the disputed material within 24 to 48 business hours.
